UF’s MEd in Reading Education prepares educators to become literacy leaders who design and implement effective reading instruction for K–12 students. The program integrates reading theory, assessment, intervention, and literacy coaching. It supports educators in understanding how language, culture, and development affect literacy acquisition, enabling them to transform classroom and school-wide literacy practices.
